A diet rich in soy protein can lower triglycerides, which helps prevent cardiovascular disease and keep the heart to stay strong and healthy. Soy protein is also good for those who have high cholesterol because the protein-rich soy poliunsaturated fat, fiber, vitamins and minerals.
